A Journey Into Surrealistic Esotericism: a selection of artworks

At our online shop you can find on sale several surreal collages and experimental photographs by our co-founder Vesperalia: today, we present you some of her artworks which, albeit different, are connected through an invisible thread: that of Esotericism, a theme that certainly resonates very deeply with The Thorny Juniper.

Those who are familiar with some of the main currents, symbols and more general with the history of Esotericism, will surely recognize several elements in these artworks that are more or less subtle references to Alchemy, Hermeticism, Astrology, as well as other lesser known systems.

"Whoever Seeth, Speaketh No More"
[Digital Collage; 2022]

"All Of Thy Shades, Shapes, Names"
[Analogue Collage; 2022]

"Delirium Sabbath"
[Analogue Collage; 2022]

"Encoding The Formula"
[Digital Collage; 2022]

"Haunted"
[Digital Collage; 2018]

"The Inner Works Of The Archon"
[Digital Collage; 2022]

"Ascent"
[Analogue Collage; 2021]

Of course, these are but a few of the visuals you can find at The Thorny Juniper: you can visit our shop to navigate through the collections and see many more. You can also check out Vesperalia's Tumblr to see most of her artwork and photographs.

All artworks are available on fine art print, poster, framed prints, photographic prints and more.
Additionally, this is the perfect time to make your choice: in fact, there's a massive sale going on and you can get 20% off site wide (that means on any artwork or item you choose!) using the code: AHHHHH at check out (valid until March 31st, 2022).
